USAGE RIGHTS FOR DIGITAL FILES

  • Images will be uploaded to a shared folder and will be removed after 30 days. 
  • You will have the non-exclusive right to edit, crop or amend the images and use them for your own purposes as you see fit, except that you must not sell, license or otherwise allow the images to be used by any third party without express written permission.
  • If they are to be used in other media/publications/magazines etc, or for other purposes, then additional licensing may be required. Please contact me to discuss if this is the case.
  • In Flight Sports/Dwayne Flight retains all copyright and intellectual property rights and may deal with the images in any way it/he sees fit.
  • If possible I would appreciate credit and links on social media posts
